Yes. Experience in working with individuals with special needs is not mandatory as training will be provided to you. For positions requiring close interactions with our students, you will undergo specialised training courses to gain the essential skills to engage and work with students on the spectrum.

We provide in-house orientation and training courses for all our employees, which will aid you in achieving the performance requirements of your level and improve your skills to handle the obligations of the following grade.
